i have straight her with a few flicks here and there so i striaghten it all the time although i used to have lovely wavy hair a whlie ago i have curlers(heat up ones but that makes it go curly not wavy and i also have rubber things that curl up but they are too heavy and too big for my hair .

Right- if you had lovely wavy hair, you made it straight by straightening it with straighteners- so it makes sense to use stop using them, and reverse the damadge you did by plaiting!

There are a number of ways to make youre hair wavy again- so im going to set you some guidelines (its up to you whether you follow them) that gaurantee youre hair to go wavy again:

1- STOP using the straighteners (not even once)!

2-ever night plait you're hair and in the morning it should be wavy!

3- after youve been plaiting youre hair for around a week use curlers for a night before youve gone to bed and see what condition youre hairs in by the morning (i.e. straight or wavy- this is just an experiment)

4-Carry on plaiting youre hair for as long as you feel, BUT do mini tests for a night- i.e. dont plait youre hair one night and see if its still wavy from when you did you're last plait!!!

5-Make sure you do the plaits TIGHT!

It may take a while (im no expert in hair) but this seems the logical way to get it wavy this may seem wierd but... Its like training youre hair to go wavy- just like you trained it to go straight with the straighteners!
