Every 6-8 weeks depending on how course your hair is fine. Make sure that you do not over process your hair though. Get it professionally done if you don't know how to do it yourself.

Every 3 months at least. Mine's shoulder length, but I'm gonna cut it next week into a Toni Braxton/Halle Berry style just for a change

if ur hair is thin 6-8 weeks if ur hair is thick 4-6 weeks
