I want thick hair?

Okayy sooo i want like thick hair but i dont want it to go all frizzy and stuff... I want like thick hair with big huge curls once my hair grows long again. Well, it is long right now but it doesnt like go past my boobs (lol). Is there something I can use like herbs or something from the body shop? Cuz I live next to it :]

Oh and why do ppl hate thick hair?? does it look good? I heard that it does. but i also want my hair to be smooth and easy to brusyh

i have think hair but its not all that good .. its hard to style i have to use gel and wet my hair to keep it lookin good .. id rather have soft smooth hair so i can style it how i want it.

TERRIBLE i have to get it thinned out once a month or otherwise its basically unmanagable and all I can do is put it in a ponytail =(

soo unless your hair is terribly thin don't try making it thicker.

but i dont think theres any herbs or anything you can use. just find some really good thickening shampoo/conditioner/products from a salon. (preferably a salon over a drug store because the products work better) if you find anything that works really good ... let me know!

I have thick hair and it is not easy to brush but everyone likes how it looks but i have always had thick hair i was actually born with a head of hair. But thick hair will never be easy to brush. You could use like thoose conditioners for people that want body for there hair i heard bed head works really well for that kind of stuff.

Sorry, but you can try to "tease" your hair, and then lay some hair over it to make it appear thick, but it usually doesnt look right.

Just use root lifters and when you use the curling iron start right at your roots and move outward, itll help.

Or if you want to pay loads of mula ($) then get hair extensions, but i have heard that they cause alot of damage to ur hair.

Nothing wrong with thick hair. Mine is decently thick and really strong. No dyes, no curling irons or perms to mess it up and four and 1/2 feet long. ;)

To get stronger hair, the best thing you can do is eat foods good for your hair, things rich in Vitamin E are best. Cheese, milk, veggies, grapes...things like that. Good part is, if it's good for your hair, it's also good for your skin so you get a double bonus.

The only thing else I can tell you is to treat your hair gently. Watch how much alcohol is in your shampoo. Use conditioner and a soft bristle brush. Don't use ponytail holders more than you have to and try to keep the split ends trimmed. Other than that, I don't know of herbal remedies to speed it up.

Oh, and you can also try hair treatments (moisturizing) like the placenta from St. Ives. Once a month should do well.

Trust me you dont want thick hair. It is hard to brush and always gets frizzy and tangled. U can try curling it w/ a good curling iron

My hair is semi thick and it is ok. I personally think thin hair is really pretty. If you think it looks like unheathly thin or ugly I would suggest cutting it because my friend with really thin hair cute it and it looked so much thinner and fuller. There are also special shampoos and conditiors that are thickning and if you blow dry your hair it will help.
