I use pantene for curly hair, have wavy hair. Were there too many chemicals in the water, hair looks n feels normal but its really poofy.

give it some time all that crap they put in pools now day so you don't die.. will screw up the oils in the hair.
add some of that pantene conditioner for curly hair along with your shampoo... that'll speed things up a bit.

Chlorine is very drying, not much you can do about it.

it will go away in a few days your hair has too mush body in it use lots of conditioner then rinse well and the next day wash normal probably with no conditioner then it should be fine. too much conditioner ruins the hair and should only be used when needed or people with corse hair can use often....

try using Paul Mitchell shampoo three after getting out of the pool then follow by getting a leave in conditioner. style by combing and drying at the same time or even better to dry naturally.
