i don't care about people's hair. i mean its definitely something that can be uniquely styled and add to your self concept, but big deal. you cannot judge a person based on their hair. so to answer your question, there is no big deal. only some people see it as weird for people to be bald because of what the media has portrayed.

I have no issues with baldness. I think men may like to tease other men that are bald, in an effort to puff up their own ego. It's just insecurity. They see it as a sign of aging, and our society obviously has a problem with aging.
