Without a body wave perm you are not going to be able to get any sort of big curl unless you use a curling iron or set your hiar in big rollers and go under a dryer but when you wash your hair it will be straight again i dont know if your looking for just a one day thing or an everyday thing good luck!

When you say big curls you mean are you looking for a curling iron? Or for a perm? If you need a curling iron i suggest one of the really thick ones. Here is what you do:

After you get out of the shower, put some of the Sunsilk 24/7 Creme (the green one for curls) after using the same shampoo and conditioner. (It smells great!) Then, blow-dry your hair straight then use the big curling iron to curl it and use a lot of hairspray on each curl. Don't worry, the hairspray will sort of fade off if you don't put too much. Then just leave it like that. It works for me.

Good, you should never get a perm it can damage your hair. And plus just for you, you shouldnt get a perm because that usually produces "tight" curls.

Or you can use hot rollers but for you it sounds like you would do your curls on a normal daily basis so you dont want to use alot of heat or it can damage your hair. If you dont really care about damage though I also recomend that you buy a W I D E curling iron to curl your hair. It will make your curls not only big but also nice and loose which will show length. Dont forget hairspray as well. Spray before you curl and after you curl!

Get a bottle of setting lotion and a few dozen plastic magnetic rollers with the smooth barrel. Place the setting lotion on wet/damp hair. Then take sections of your hair and place the rollers half way up.

Perming is the best way to get long lasting curls. Also you can them tight or loose or even in spiral curls!!!
